What you will do

• Participate in the end-to-end execution of campus recruitment projects, including tracking milestones and coordinating across departments.
• Assist in the planning and on-the-ground execution of project events such as orientations, assessments, and Demo Days.
• Manage daily administrative tasks including office supplies, document filing, and meeting room coordination.
• Build and maintain recruitment funnel dashboards to track conversion rates and candidate quality.
• Produce periodic project data reports and consolidate information for post-mortem reviews.
• Maintain and update project administrative SOPs and templates to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong project execution and documentation management skills.
• Fluent written Chinese required for drafting emails, reports, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
