hirify.global operates the hirify.global School campus recruitment project and related HR operations.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end execution of the hirify.global School campus recruitment project, including project plans, milestones, task lists, and risk tracking.
• Coordinate Kick-off Day orientation, monthly assessments, Demo Day, and related creative materials with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Handle administrative operations such as office supplies, document filing, meeting rooms, venue booking, equipment, catering, and participant guidance.
• Maintain administrative SOPs and operational templates to improve project efficiency.
• Build recruitment funnel dashboards covering applications, screening, assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Prepare periodic reports and consolidate project data for post-mortem reviews and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong project execution and documentation management skills.
• Ability to move multiple workstreams forward simultaneously.
• Fluent written Chinese required, including the ability to independently draft emails, reports, and process documentation.
