Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Healthcare/MedTech): Managing end-to-end recruitment for DePuy Synthes in the local Chinese market with an accent on candidate sourcing, assessment, hiring-manager partnership, and compliant hiring delivery. Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen, China. Minimal domestic travel of up to 10% is expected.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare and medical device solutions, with this role supporting the planned standalone DePuy Synthes orthopedics business.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to define requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing.
- Assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and support timely hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, reporting, and the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Typically 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Chinese and English proficiency are required.
Nice to have
- Postgraduate qualification or certification in HR or talent acquisition.
- Experience in shared services, corporate, global, healthcare, medical device, or other regulated environments.
- Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or operations roles.
- Experience using data and metrics to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
