Location: Hybrid (Hamburg, Germany or San Ġiljan, Malta)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of Store In-App Events across Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and delivery for features, live-ops, and content updates.
- Define and evolve messaging frameworks, positioning narratives, and player personas.
- Act as the central point of contact between Product, Publishing, Growth, and Creative teams.
- Monitor KPIs and translate post-launch analyses into strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain a best-practice framework for future game launches.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or Publishing.
- Strong understanding of mobile games, live-ops, and player behavior.
- Solid knowledge of app stores and ASO fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a compelling, player-first voice.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile F2P games.
- Hands-on experience with ASO, Store In-App Events, and UA strategy.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Confluence, or Jira.
- Strong interest in brand strategy, positioning, and player psychology.
