What you will do

• Lead end-to-end testing across various projects and programmes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test data management approaches.
• Plan and manage test activities, including scope, timelines, resources, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scenarios, cases, and execution plans.
• Oversee test execution, monitor progress, and manage defect identification and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading testing within complex project and enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in test planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with test data management and data testing, including ETL or data migration.
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including Agile and traditional delivery models.
• Experience using test management and automation tools for delivery and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
