What you will do
- Drive the evolution of the foundational architecture and engineering roadmap for scaling and tokenization phases.
- Own the full tokenization lifecycle, including asset issuance, controlled transfer, settlement mechanics, and on-chain verification.
- Lead the secure design, implementation, and audit of smart contracts and the backend workflows that interact with them.
- Define and enforce auditable security controls and governance rules to meet institutional standards for asset safety.
- Act as the primary cross-functional technical interface, translating cryptographic requirements into engineering tasks.
- Mentor a team of engineers and establish standards for code quality and security reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience architecting and scaling production-grade systems.
- Expert-level fluency in Solidity and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), using OpenZeppelin frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643, Token-2022) and custody architectures (ERC-4337, Gnosis Safe).
- Strong command of architecting secure off-chain services in TypeScript, APIs, and event indexers.
- Hands-on experience with Web3 frameworks like Foundry, Hardhat and libraries such as Viem or Ethers.js.
- Proven expertise in preventing smart contract vulnerabilities and leading teams through security audits.
Nice to have
- Engineering experience within the finance or high-security sector.
- Familiarity with SVM/Solana or Daml/Canton smart contract development.
- C++ knowledge to interface with broader platform systems.
- Fluency in modern key management paradigms (MPC, HSM) and applied cryptography.
