Senior Solutions Engineer (Web3)

TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (Web3/Capital Markets): Driving the adoption of Chainlink products in the capital markets industry by designing and building blockchain-based solutions with an accent on PoC delivery, smart contract deployment, and integration architecture. Focus on bridging the gap between institutional financial infrastructure and decentralized oracle networks.

Location: Global Remote (preference for overlap with EST)

What you will do

• Design, build, and validate blockchain solutions for financial institutions, digital asset platforms, and capital markets providers.
• Write code, deploy smart contracts, and instrument integrations for PoCs, pilots, and production deployments.
• Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders at major financial institutions.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the capital markets product strategy.
• Provide technical feedback and guidance on product enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, DeFi, tokenization, and digital assets.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or delivery role (solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting).
• Proven track record of shipping production blockchain applications on public or private networks.
• Proficiency in Solidity for writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on EVM-compatible networks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or C++ for off-chain components.
• Must be able to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nice to have

• Experience with oracle network architectures, proof-of-reserve mechanisms, or cross-chain interoperability.
• Prior work on tokenized securities, digital bonds, fund tokenization, or RWA platforms.
• Knowledge of post-trade infrastructure, including clearinghouses, CSDs, and custody platforms.
• Experience operating blockchain node infrastructure (validators, RPC nodes).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification.
