What you will do

• Manage daily delivery processes to ensure clearing member firms execute with precision and timeliness.
• Monitor market movements and firm activities to identify and mitigate potential risk issues.
• Enforce rigorous risk mitigation procedures across clearing member firms.
• Reconcile clearing member positions and delivery data to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Act as a key liaison between the Clearinghouse and member firms to manage real-time risk exposure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational hurdles within clearing applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in a client-service centered role; open to recent graduates with transferable skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google App Suite.
• Strong analytical ability to dissect complex data sets under market deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for daily dialogue with members and risk teams.
• Must be based in Chicago for full-time onsite work.
