What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile applications, from discovery to pixel-perfect execution.
• Champion user needs for global B2B, B2C, and internal customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evolve design processes and rituals, thoughtfully applying AI to enhance collaboration and creativity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and users to bring product visions to life.
• Manage multiple product and feature launches across dashboards while raising overall design quality.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design with a record of high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading design teams and aligning them around product priorities and user-centered strategies.
• Strong technical understanding of API-based products and how designs are implemented.
• Proven ability in systems-level thinking, establishing processes and standards for design consistency.
• Must be based in the Americas.
