Salary: $147,760 - $240,110

• Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize analytics opportunities that drive financial outcomes.
• Lead and develop an analytics team, providing direction on problem framing and solution design.
• Translate business questions into scalable analytical approaches and actionable insights.
• Oversee the delivery of dashboards, models, and automation solutions.
• Establish governance, data quality standards, and best practices for digital solutions.
• Communicate KPIs, trends, and risks to executive leadership in a clear, professional manner.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in business statistics and analytical methods.
• Experience using analytical tools to solve ambiguous business problems.
• Ability to connect analytics work to financial performance and strategic priorities.
• Proven experience leading and developing analytical talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Peoria, IL, and work onsite five days a week.
