What you will do

• Coordinate and align installation work across multiple sites or regions.
• Train clients on product usage and oversee junior technicians or contractors.
• Document all processes and client interactions within the CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Atlanta, GA
• Solid experience with on-site installations and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site project execution.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing training skills.
