What you will do

• Analyze public voter registration and absentee ballot data to provide timely insights for election officials.
• Write and present accessible data reports for team members, partners, and administrators.
• Conduct legal and policy research to provide context for data analysis.
• Collaborate across the organization to create custom data tools and automation.
• Enrich internal datasets with external data sources.
• Develop and document reporting standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong critical thinking and data storytelling skills.
• Commitment to non-partisan analysis and civic data.
• Ability to travel at least twice per year for team retreats.
