What you will do

• Develop predictive maintenance algorithms using machine learning techniques for time-series data.
• Analyze sensor data streams (vibration, current, temperature, pressure) to identify failure patterns.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art condition monitoring techniques from academic literature.
• Build scalable, real-time models for low-latency predictions.
• Collaborate with engineering and laboratory teams to design experiments and validate failure datasets.
• Create diagnostic tools to enable data-driven maintenance decisions.

Requirements

• Expertise in machine learning, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of signal processing and experience with industrial sensor data.
• Ability to read and apply insights from academic research in fault diagnosis and condition monitoring.
• Experience designing experiments to validate hypotheses and benchmark models.
• English: Advanced level required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with vibration-based methods or model-based vs. data-driven approaches in prognostics.
• Experience translating academic methods into robust, production-ready algorithms.
• Prior experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
