What you will do

• Build and maintain data governance and quality processes.
• Develop and maintain conceptual and physical data models.
• Ensure data resources and metadata align with business needs and quality standards.
• Generate studies and insights to create KPIs for controlling data accuracy.
• Apply data science techniques to solve analytical and technical problems to support business strategies.

Requirements

• Significant experience in data governance and data management.
• Previous experience in leadership or senior roles within data teams.
• Proficiency in data management tools including SQL, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies.
• Experience with data quality, data cataloging tools, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3x week) in Sao Paulo (Alphaville).
