What you will do

  • Own and manage incidents and service requests from start to finish.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms, including EDI and supply-chain document flows.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client calls to resolve high-priority technical cases.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to service quality improvements.
  • Explore and implement AI tools to enhance support efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
  • Must be based in the UK for this remote-first position.
  • Experience with EDI, supply chain processes, or enterprise systems is highly preferred.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI applications in support.
