What you will do
- Own and manage incidents and service requests from start to finish.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms, including EDI and supply-chain document flows.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in client calls to resolve high-priority technical cases.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to service quality improvements.
- Explore and implement AI tools to enhance support efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Must be based in the UK for this remote-first position.
- Experience with EDI, supply chain processes, or enterprise systems is highly preferred.
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI applications in support.
