Analyst I, Falcon Complete (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote (Hybrid schedule required)

What you will do

• Execute incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic malware analysis and develop processes for incident detection.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports and recommendations for customer management.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership through blog posts and public speaking events.
• Develop and execute countermeasures to mitigate active threats.

Requirements

• Experience in incident handling, computer forensics, or systems administration.
• Knowledge of network protocols and the ability to perform network forensic analysis.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., Python, C, C#, .NET, Ruby).
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including one day on the weekend.
• Must be willing to work on site (hybrid schedule).
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
