What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, large-scale cloud software systems and platforms.
• Actively develop critical and complex system components using Java and Rust.
• Optimize systems for horizontal and vertical scalability to address performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure architectural decisions align with user needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and maintaining production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in a hands-on architectural role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Database expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with device connectivity.
