What you will do

• Define and contribute to the evolution of the organization's data architecture strategy.
• Design scalable and reliable data solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural standards for data platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions support business goals.
• Promote best practices related to data architecture, governance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to data engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior-level data architecture roles.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ELT processes, and Data Lake architectures.
• English: Fluent (C1 or higher) required for daily interaction with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics and BI ecosystems.
• Familiarity with governance and metadata management frameworks.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale distributed data environments.
