Salary: $111,000 - $156,700 CAD

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end webinar operations for the Back 2 Basics series, including guest coordination, scripting, and live production.
- Host live webinars in various formats, such as fireside chats, moderated Q&As, and solo product demonstrations.
- Write high-impact promotional copy for landing pages, emails, social media, and recap communications.
- Serve as a backup host for the "Toolbox for the Trades" podcast and other audio content.
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to ensure content aligns with MQL goals and the broader marketing calendar.
- Analyze performance metrics (registrations, attendance, conversion) to iterate and sharpen future programming.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in content marketing or digital media, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven professional experience hosting and presenting on-camera (webinars, video content, or live events).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for developing tight run-of-shows and punchy marketing copy.
- Hands-on experience with production tools: Goldcast, Riverside.fm, Asana, Contentful, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Current residency in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with podcast production workflows, including scheduling and asset management.
- Background in demand generation and familiarity with the marketing funnel.
- Experience as a panel moderator or guest interviewer for professional content.
