What you will do

  • Translate strategic direction into compelling copy for website pages, email campaigns, blog content, and ads.
  • Develop sales collateral and thought leadership pieces to drive company presence nationwide.
  • Execute messaging based on established brand guidelines while maintaining a professional, bold, and fun voice.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to refine and deliver high-quality copy.
  • Manage multiple content formats and initiatives, ensuring diverse audience needs are met.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience in B2B/SaaS marketing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of copywriting formats.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading skills, and fact-verification abilities.
  • Experience working remotely in asynchronous environments with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

  • Academic or professional familiarity with the legal industry, litigation, or court reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
