TL;DR
Product GTM Lead (SaaS): Designing and executing the commercial strategy for new software ventures and services within a hardware ecosystem with an accent on pricing, packaging, and buyer segmentation. Focus on architecting subscription models (Free/Pro/Teams) and establishing revenue operations to drive ARR from Prosumer and SMB segments.
Location: Onsite in London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices), 5 days a week

What you will do
- Architect pricing tiers (Free, Pro, Teams) for SaaS and hardware-accompanying software.
- Identify and segment target Prosumer and SMB audiences, translating product features into tangible ROI.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize core features that drive subscription revenue and daily engagement.
- Design and implement commercial infrastructure, including billing logic (e.g., Stripe) and metrics like CAC and LTV.
Requirements
- Proven track record in designing pricing and packaging models for SaaS products.
- Experience transitioning products from freemium/consumer to paid Prosumer or SMB models.
- Ability to combine high-level strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Strong analytical skills for making commercial decisions based on data and cohort analysis.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
