Salary: $81,600 - $122,400 USD

What you will do
- Support in-service operating systems to ensure continued operation and optimization.
- Determine and implement technically feasible and economically viable alternatives for sustainment.
- Develop design changes to resolve operational issues and introduce new materials to enhance product quality.
- Perform root-cause analyses of in-service problems, such as operational hazards and parts obsolescence.
- Revise product, process, and test specifications to improve design integrity and reliability.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire (no sponsorship available for this level).
- Experience supporting commercialized products in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of design controls, risk management (FMEA), and engineering change processes (ECO/ECN).
- Familiarity with CAPA and non-conformance management.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools like Minitab or JMP.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.
- Experience with PLM systems such as Agile or Windchill.
