TL;DR

Associate Financial Advisor (Finance): Providing comprehensive support to financial advisors and clients through holistic financial planning, investment management, and retirement strategies. Location: Must be based in Stoughton, WI and work onsite 5 days per week.

Salary: $36,000 base plus commissions.

What you will do

• Handle sensitive client communications and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Counsel prospective and current members on suitable financial products and advisory services.
• Execute securities trade orders and manage client financial suitability information.
• Analyze insurance coverage and provide recommendations based on client exposure.
• Assist financial representatives in preparing for and following up on client meetings.
• Meet with prospects and clients to review products and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Must hold Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63, and 65) registrations.
• Must hold resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration.
• Must be willing to complete state training for Long Term Care sales.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain quality under frequent interruptions.
• Strong integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Stoughton, WI.
