What you will do

• Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and agent development in Copilot Studio.
• Guide customers through tenant readiness assessments, data/AI readiness, and governance.
• Design and implement security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Entra.
• Build end-to-end agent solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Establish enterprise agent governance, including environment strategy and ALM pipelines.
• Develop technical assets like reference architectures and implementation guides.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 4+ years of experience delivering solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing declarative and embedded agents using Power Fx, YAML, and Power Automate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel to partner and customer events.

Nice to have

• Certifications: AB-900, PL-600, AB-100, or AI-102.
• Knowledge of applied AI concepts such as prompt design, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
