TL;DR

Director, Customer Success (VOC): Managing and optimizing the value of client subscriptions to proprietary datasets for OEM clients with an accent on data-driven storytelling and strategic advisory. Focus on driving subscription renewals, leading high-level client presentations, and coordinating cross-functional efforts between sales, product, and client stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the US (Detroit/Midwest preference)

Salary: $145,000 – $164,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the value of client subscriptions to VOC datasets including CSI, SSI, IQS, and VDS.
  • Lead and coordinate high-level client presentations, including MBRs, QBRs, and EBRs.
  • Identify value-added narratives and actionable insights from complex data results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to OEM leadership, driving subscription renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales and Product teams to address client-specific needs and concerns.
  • Lead client training activities and proactively pursue upskilling opportunities for subscribers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry (finance, CX strategy, OEM operations, or engineering).
  • Expertise in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong storytelling, leadership-level presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
