What you will do

• Develop and write high-quality scientific content, including peer-reviewed research articles, congress abstracts, and posters.
• Translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling communications tailored for diverse audiences.
• Oversee and manage the publication planning process, aligning it with evidence generation strategies and timelines.
• Support end-to-end publication workflows, including drafting, submission, and managing peer review responses.
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for medical writing and publication development.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external collaborators.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD) in genetics, molecular biology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional medical writing experience in an industry setting, preferably in genetic testing.
• Strong publication record with over 10 publications in medical genetics and genetic testing.
• Proficiency in data visualization, figure design, and reference management software.
• Deep understanding of scientific research methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Eligible to work in the US (based on 401k and US-specific benefit offerings).
