Salary: $121,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate internal AI use cases that drive the most business value.
• Build and deploy POCs independently to demonstrate ROI before scaling.
• Coordinate AI project execution across Talent, Support, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Manage the enterprise AI stack, including model selection, performance tuning, and token management.
• Standardize AI processes, including the creation of prompt libraries and system approvals.
• Develop dashboards to track SLAs, latency, accuracy, usage, and cost.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the modern AI stack (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Vector DBs).
• Experience with LangChain or similar agentic frameworks.
• Ability to independently translate stakeholder ideas into working agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for building performance and cost-tracking dashboards.
• Must be based in the US (Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, or SF).
