What you will do

• Build the IR function from scratch, owning strategy, messaging, and reporting cadence across the investor base.
• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, venture partners, and financial media globally.
• Partner with the CEO and CFO to translate financial performance and product velocity into a compelling narrative.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality board packs, investor updates, and detailed data packages.
• Manage and deepen relationships across a sophisticated multi-party cap table.
• Define and communicate critical SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, buyside investing, or equity research.
• Deep expertise in SaaS business models and the financial metrics prioritized by institutional investors.
• Experience supporting fundraising processes for high-growth, venture-backed companies (Series C+ preferred).
• Proven ability to navigate sophisticated stakeholder dynamics across complex cap tables.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilled strategy and financial narratives.
• Established professional network across institutional investors, VC, and investment banking.

• Experience in legal tech or AI industries.
• International investor relations experience, particularly within European markets.
