TL;DR
B2B Content & Thought Leadership Strategist (EdTech): Developing high-quality district-leader-facing content and thought leadership to support B2B marketing and GTM priorities with an accent on executive-facing storytelling and narrative development. Focus on producing long-form content, managing editorial calendars, and translating complex PMM messaging into compelling narratives for school district leaders.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Salary: $70 - $90 per hour

What you will do
- Develop thought leadership and executive-facing content tailored for school district leaders.
- Build and manage editorial calendars aligned with campaign moments and GTM priorities.
- Produce high-quality long-form content, nurture assets, and webinar support materials.
- Collaborate with PMM and GTM stakeholders to refine messaging and narratives.
- Optimize nurture emails and assist with HubSpot campaign creation and email builds.
- Provide basic video editing and content formatting support to strengthen content quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, or demand generation.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for executive or district-level audiences.
- Proven ability to develop long-form content and thought leadership assets.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous content workstreams.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech or K-12 marketing, specifically targeting district leaders.
- Proficiency with HubSpot.
- Video editing skills.
- Experience supporting webinar programming or campaign launches.
- Background in high-growth startup environments.
