What you will do

  • Own end-to-end acquisition strategy across TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic channels to meet growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize significant media budgets to maximize acquisitions and ROI.
  • Develop full-funnel campaign approaches including targeting, bidding, and landing page strategies.
  • Lead a rigorous testing roadmap involving A/B tests, incrementality studies, and holdout experiments.
  • Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to scale campaign management and performance.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to build high-performing assets based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of acquisition marketing experience with deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns (DSPs, display, video).
  • Proven success in managing large, complex budgets with clear ROI accountability.
  • Experience automating and scaling campaigns using AI-powered tools and custom optimization workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills in campaign performance analysis and attribution modeling.
  • Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor.
