Salary: 29,333–32,333 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the AI monitoring stack, including alert configuration and review aggregation pipelines.
• Execute rapid, high-quality competitor teardowns using AI-assisted workflows.
• Maintain and update the Feature Matrix to ensure data accuracy and confidence levels.
• Produce weekly competitor digests for PM, PMM, and Design leadership.
• Build and document LLM-assisted research workflows, including prompt engineering and pipeline maintenance.
• Manage the CPI knowledge base, including taxonomy, tagging, and information architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product research, UX research, or competitive intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and building automated research workflows.
• Experience with competitive intelligence tooling such as Crayon, Klue, G2, or SimilarWeb.
• Strong instinct for information architecture and knowledge management.
• Clear written communication skills for producing concise, actionable reports.
• Must be based in Warsaw and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
