What you will do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements including B2B partnerships and SaaS contracts.
• Lead regulatory work streams and product design regarding MiCAR and MiFID II compliance.
• Provide end-to-end legal guidance on token projects and structured financial instruments.
• Monitor and translate complex regulatory developments into actionable business strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Requirements

• Law degree from an Austrian, German, or Swiss university.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in an international law firm or fintech/banking in-house legal department.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Proven track record in B2B/Enterprise commercial transactions.
• Deep understanding of financial services regulation and digital asset frameworks.
