• Develop and maintain a dynamic hybrid/cloud-native product from design through production.
• Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code using Go and TypeScript.

• Collaborate closely with team members and provide mentorship to new engineers.
• Ensure system reliability through strong testing practices and production monitoring.

Requirements

• Significant real-world experience developing software for production systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or similar backend languages.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong ability to scope work, make design decisions, and deliver value iteratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
