What you will do

  • Provide mentoring, performance oversight, and professional guidance for instructors, examiners, and coaches.
  • Coordinate and analyze audits and performance reviews to ensure instructional consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate global training standards and enterprise initiatives into effective local actions.
  • Observe and assess instructor pilot performance using established tools and provide recommendations to global teams.
  • Deliver instructor training sessions in virtual and in-person formats and maintain courseware materials.
  • Coordinate governance activities and maintain communication with local stakeholders and center leaders.

Requirements

  • Hold or have held an ICAO ATPL or CPL license.
  • Hold a valid FAA instructor certificate, Part-FCL instructor certificate (EASA), or equivalent 900(c) qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering or managing instructor training within an ATO and/or AOC environment.
  • Extensive experience training multi-pilot aircraft (MPA) pilots, including MCC and/or CRM.
  • Working knowledge of aviation regulations such as EASA Part-FCL/ORA and FAA CFR Parts 61, 121, 135, and 142.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Experience across multiple aviation training domains (BAT, CAT, FTO).
  • Experience supporting multiple business units within a global or matrixed training organization.
  • Prior involvement in global standardization initiatives or enterprise-wide training programs.
