What you will do

• Develop advanced power conversion solutions from concept and architecture through to production.
• Model designs using tools such as Matlab, Simulink, and Spectre AMS Designer.
• Implement designs at the transistor level and oversee layout integration.
• Perform post-layout simulations, optimization, and hands-on lab debug.
• Support post-silicon activities including product validation and characterization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Edinburgh, UK.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven professional experience in mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
• Deep understanding of analog design flows and layout of high-precision, low-power circuits.
• Hands-on lab test and debug experience.
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience with discrete-time and continuous-time signal processing.
• Knowledge of electrochemical sensing circuits and ultra-low power design techniques.
• Experience designing for aggressive geometry nodes.
• Proficiency in high-level scripting tools like Python.
