What you will do

• Design analog and mixed-signal layouts using Cadence Virtuoso XL and Mentor Calibre.
• Collaborate with design engineers to generate topological layouts ensuring optimal circuit performance.
• Perform block-level and chip top-level routing using assisted and automated tools.
• Apply proactive intervention to solve layout design issues.
• Implement device matching techniques and signal conditioning/protection strategies.
• Troubleshoot and debug LVS issues to ensure design integrity.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be able to access technical data without an export license.
• Associates Degree in Electronic/IC layout CAD or related field.
• 10+ years of professional IC layout experience.
• Solid understanding of ESD, Latch-up, STI, WPE, electro-migration, IR drop, and DFM.
• Proficiency in floor planning, block assembly, and block-level routing.

Nice to have

• BS Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with multiple IC design CAD tools and foundry PDKs.
• Knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal fundamentals.
