What you will do

• Develop and execute a scalable Google SEO strategy specifically for US and LATAM markets.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive their implementation in collaboration with the product and development teams.
• Build and manage a structured content production process, including hiring and managing copywriters and quality control.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive link building strategy.
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses to improve visibility.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience managing international SEO projects for US and LATAM (ES/PT) markets.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
• Experience in scaling content production and managing a team of copywriters.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
