What you will do

• Create and maintain internal support documentation and user guidance.
• Prioritize support requests to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York State
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, HR management workflows, or HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
