What you will do

• Provide data and analytics expertise on business processes from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Support the Product Manager in maintaining the product backlog and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, scenarios, and business value estimates.
• Prepare user acceptance test cases, training manuals, and provide post-go-live support.
• Engage with stakeholders to prepare business analysis artifacts including process maps, design flows, and wireframes.
• Contribute to gap analysis and the design/testing of reports, interfaces, and data conversions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics.
• Strong agile mindset and experience applying agile principles to business analysis.
• Experience in global retail and marketing domains.
• Strong proficiency in requirements analysis and design within data and analytics.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• English proficiency required.
