TL;DR

Hardware & Payments Support Specialist (SaaS/Fintech): Providing advanced technical support for hardware ecosystems and payment operations with an accent on troubleshooting EMV devices, printers, and network peripherals. Focus on resolving complex payment escalations, managing on-site diagnostics, and optimizing internal support procedures.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States; role is based in Denver and is hybrid-friendly.

Salary: $23.68–$35.52/hour, plus 10% bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Schedule and conduct video calls to assist clients with hardware, software, and network configuration.
  • Resolve inbound support tickets via ZenDesk regarding hardware setups and payment inquiries.
  • Perform on-site diagnostics, installations, and repairs at client locations as needed.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of EMV card readers, ticket printers, and POS peripherals.
  • Act as a liaison between external hardware vendors, internal teams, and payment service providers.
  • Manage payment-related escalations and contribute to projects involving new payment methods and fraud prevention.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience supporting EMV devices, Boca ticket printers, and POS peripherals.
  • Background in SaaS or information technology.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP addressing.
  • Experience with TeamViewer or similar remote access applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to B2B technical support.
