What you will do

• Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define features, workflows, and user journeys.
• Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, and user stories.
• Manage product backlogs and coordinate release planning with engineering teams.
• Review and refine product designs using Figma.
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or South America.
• Availability to overlap with the New York time zone.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager for software or digital products.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and product design principles.
• Experience managing product backlogs in agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Figma and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Design.
