What you will do

• Own the full self-serve developer journey from signup to first API call and scaling.
• Unify Voice Translation, Isolation, STT, and TTS into one cohesive and clean API.
• Drive developer experience across documentation, SDKs, sandboxes, and dashboards.
• Manage pricing and packaging, including usage-based tiers and the transition from self-serve to enterprise.
• Define the product roadmap by balancing data, customer feedback, and AI model evolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, research, growth, sales, and support.

Requirements

• Engineering background is mandatory (experience shipping code at a serious level or leading engineering teams).
• 5+ years of total experience, including 2+ years on developer-facing or API products with self-serve/PLG.
• Proven track record of significantly moving activation or conversion metrics.
• Ability to design multi-product platforms and write technical specifications for developers.
• Strong numerical skills with proficiency in SQL, experiments, and dashboards.
• Experience implementing and managing pricing changes.

• Experience with voice, speech, real-time media, or AI infrastructure.
• Success in building and growing a developer community.
