Salary: $164,000–$213,000 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive Medical Affairs plans aligned with program strategy and launch milestones.
- Provide strategic medical leadership and scientific input to cross-functional partners including clinical, operations, HEOR, and commercial teams.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external experts and stakeholders to inform strategy and gather insights.
- Support data generation strategy and shape publication priorities in alignment with the Program First approach.
- Collaborate on scientific communication materials, standard responses, and internal training to ensure compliant scientific exchange.
- Manage annual medical activity budgets and track performance across global regions.
Requirements
- MD, PharmD, or PhD degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs.
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Proven track record of leading process and operational excellence within a matrix organization.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect multiple functional components.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by influence.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in pulmonology.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs planning and previous product launch experience.
- Global experience or experience working across multiple regions including the US.
