Salary: $164,000–$213,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Medical Affairs plans aligned with program strategy and launch milestones.
  • Provide strategic medical leadership and scientific input to cross-functional partners including clinical, operations, HEOR, and commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external experts and stakeholders to inform strategy and gather insights.
  • Support data generation strategy and shape publication priorities in alignment with the Program First approach.
  • Collaborate on scientific communication materials, standard responses, and internal training to ensure compliant scientific exchange.
  • Manage annual medical activity budgets and track performance across global regions.

Requirements

  • MD, PharmD, or PhD degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Proven track record of leading process and operational excellence within a matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect multiple functional components.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by influence.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in pulmonology.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs planning and previous product launch experience.
  • Global experience or experience working across multiple regions including the US.
