Salary: $154,700 - $182,000

What you will do

• Execute federal government relations strategy focused on healthcare, human performance, access, and revenue-related policy issues.
• Align policy efforts with clinical, research, and enterprise priorities in collaboration with Human Performance and healthcare teams.
• Monitor, assess, and communicate legislative, regulatory, and political developments impacting business growth.
• Develop policy positions, advocacy materials, and briefings to translate complex tech topics into business insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with Members of Congress, federal agencies, and trade associations.
• Manage participation in relevant trade associations and industry coalitions.

Requirements

• Background in healthcare policy, government relations, or regulatory affairs, preferably within health tech or medtech.
• Experience engaging with Congress, federal agencies, and trade associations.
• Understanding of the intersection between public policy, business strategy, and revenue growth.
• Ability to translate policy developments into actionable guidance for business teams.
• Must reside in the Washington, D.C. metro area and be willing to travel as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
