What you will do

  • Lead complex HEOR evidence generation studies, including observational research, COA strategy, and PRO measure development.
  • Manage external research partners to ensure study design and execution meet scientific and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with medical communications on publication strategies to maximize the impact of HEOR evidence.
  • Partner with Global Pricing and Market Access to develop robust value propositions and global launch deliverables.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality evidence production.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, Master's, MPH, or PharmD) in a relevant discipline.
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in a Global HEOR role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Strong background in clinical outcome assessment (COA) measurement strategy and PRO development.
  • Technical expertise in HEOR, including prospective and site-based research.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and global health technology appraisal requirements.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
