What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects and coordinate cross-functional teams including SRE, R Cloud, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate technical workshops with clients to ensure successful onboarding to the hirify.global Cloud platform.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Drive internal optimization and automation of processes related to solution deployment.
• Actively contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management.

Requirements

• University degree in informatics, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and leading software implementation teams.
• Strong skills in facilitating client workshops and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
