Location: Remote (Global). This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Develop the long-term financial roadmap aligned with growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
• Manage complex treasury and capital allocation strategies for digital assets.
• Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling to advise the executive team.
• Implement a scalable financial tech stack to automate reconciliations and global performance visibility.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in high-growth technology environments.
• Track record of influencing company strategy and fundraising at the Board and executive levels.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams.
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and executive reporting.
• Ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Must not be based in California or Colorado.

Nice to have

• Deep experience in Web3 or Fintech, specifically digital asset treasury management and blockchain-native operations.
