What you will do

• Establish an independent internal audit system and develop annual audit plans.
• Design self-assessment and inspection mechanisms covering AML/CFT, information security, and asset custody.
• Conduct routine and project-based reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Audit virtual asset listing/delisting processes and unfair trading prevention mechanisms.
• Examine wallet management, information system security, and access control management.
• Issue improvement recommendations and report results to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Information Management, or related fields.
• 4+ years of internal audit experience in the financial or VASP industry.
• Certification in CIA, CFE, CISA, or an FSC-recognized audit certification.
• Familiarity with COSO internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and the VASP regulatory framework.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
