Location: Medellin, Colombia (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week)

What you will do

• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
• Verify billing data against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with business partners.
• Monitor payment deadlines and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile billing statements and accounts to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with Recovery, Accounts, and Business departments to streamline billing operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase billing efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or financial account management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with generative AI tools.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Spanish language proficiency.
