What you will do

• Build and scale finance operational processes within a fast-growing fintech environment.
• Manage day-to-day back-office operations, including payments, settlements, and treasury.
• Perform financial reconciliations and validate transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
• Structure financial operational data and documentation frameworks to strengthen governance and traceability.
• Monitor operational KPIs, transaction flows, and reconciliation breaks.
• Support audits and regulatory requests through reliable documentation.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Finance Operations, BackOffice, or Treasury within fintechs, startups, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliations, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where processes are built from scratch.
• Analytical mindset for identifying operational risks and process improvement opportunities.
• Conversational English and Spanish are mandatory.
• Must be based in Colombia for office work.
