What you will do

• Own and sequence the multi-quarter product roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Translate client needs, operational workflows, and compliance requirements into clear product specifications for engineering.
• Prioritize platform investments across AI capabilities, automation, and voice technology in collaboration with the CTO.
• Define requirements for emerging AI capabilities, compliance controls, and client experience improvements.
• Serve as the operational bridge between business stakeholders and engineering to resolve delivery friction.
• Establish and manage structured product feedback loops across operations, sales, and client success.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product strategy, product management, or leadership within fintech, healthcare RCM, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and translating operational needs into product enhancements.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and executive teams.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and location requirements).

• Understanding of AI-enabled platforms, automation workflows, conversational AI, or voice technology.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and operational risk management.
